Bring customers in without handing out licenses
A customer wants to know when the service technician arrives. A partner needs the current price list. Until now there were two ways: email ping-pong or a user account of their own. One costs time, the other costs a seat and usually opens up more than necessary.
A third way
The portal shows exactly the slice you release. Your tenant stays closed, the released view is open.
- You decide what is visible: For each portal you define which data and functions appear. Everything else stays inside.
- You decide who gets in: Access is granted per person or company and can be revoked at any time.
- No seats for external parties: Customers and partners take up no seats in your edition.
- For providers too: Anyone running SCOPERA as a provider can offer portals to their own tenants.
What it works well for
In service, customers track the status of an order, confirm appointments and view the report after the job. In sales, you release quotes and let them be accepted directly. And when reorders keep coming in by phone, they turn into a simple ordering process in the portal.
Where to start?
Take the question your team answers most often. Usually it’s “how far along is my order?”. Releasing exactly that one piece of information as a portal saves more time than any additional email template.
