WhatsApp in customer contact: receive, reply, follow up
Many customers would rather send a quick message than call or fill in a form. That message often ends up on one person’s private phone: no history, no cover when they are away, no link to the customer record. The WhatsApp integration brings that channel back to where the rest of your customer data already lives.
How it works
- Its own number per tenant: Each tenant connects its own number. Separate tenants stay separate.
- Replies from the platform: Incoming messages land on the matching contact. Your team replies inside SCOPERA and the history stays intact.
- AI on call: As in team chat, you can bring in AI to suggest replies or answer recurring questions itself.
Service, sales and marketing
In service, you answer status questions and confirm appointments without anyone picking up the phone. In sales, questions about quotes come back faster because the barrier is lower. For marketing there is one limit: messages need the prior consent of the people receiving them. Handled properly, this reaches people more reliably than email.
Where to start?
Take the channel that already receives messages unofficially today. Usually that is a single number in service. Connecting that one number officially turns a blind spot into a documented channel.
